Lee sat in the quiet corner of the library, surrounded by stacks of books, worrying about his group project. The deadline was approaching fast, and he still hadn’t started his part. His group members, Jack and Claire, had already finished theirs, and they had done an amazing job. Jack had written a detailed report with vivid descriptions, and Claire had drawn a stunning star chart. Lee didn’t want to be the reason their project failed.
“I guess it’s time to start building my planet model,” Lee thought, feeling the pressure mounting.
Constructing a model of a planet wasn’t easy. Lee skimmed through several books, but the technical diagrams and scientific data left him confused. «I’m going to ruin the whole project,» he muttered, laying his head on the table. “If only I could actually see a planet instead of just reading about it!”
Just then, a brilliant light filled the room. Before Lee knew it, he was lifted out of his chair, soaring up through the roof, and found himself aboard an unfamiliar spaceship. «Need some assistance, kid?» an alien with kind eyes and a friendly smile asked.
Lee quickly explained his project and how stuck he felt. The alien nodded thoughtfully. “Well, you’re in luck. I can give you a tour of space. Let’s explore the planets together, and I’ll help you with your model.”
In no time, they were flying through the galaxy. They zipped past the moon, soared by Venus, and even got close to Mars. Lee’s excitement grew with each passing planet. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing – the real thing, up close!
After their journey, the alien helped Lee create a perfect model of Mars, paying attention to every crater and canyon. “This is going to be the best project ever!” Lee thought, grateful for the help.
When the ship finally returned to Earth, Lee thanked his alien friend. «You’ve saved my project. It’s going to be incredible!»
The alien waved goodbye, and Lee, holding his flawless planet model, knew that he was ready to show his group something truly out of this world.
