Sharon had always dreamed of visiting Paris. She loved the idea of seeing the Eiffel Tower, walking along the Seine River, and eating delicious French food. One summer, her parents surprised her with a trip to Paris for her birthday.
When they arrived in the city, Sharon couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The streets were lined with cafes, and the buildings were old and full of history. On their first day, they visited the Louvre Museum and saw the famous painting of the Mona Lisa. Sharon was amazed by the art and the size of the museum.
The next day, they went to the Eiffel Tower. Sharon had seen pictures of it before, but seeing it in person was even more impressive. They took the elevator to the top and looked out over the entire city. Sharon felt like she was on top of the world.
Throughout the trip, Sharon tried different French foods, like croissants, crepes, and escargot. She even learned a few French words and phrases to use while they were there. On the last night of the trip, they took a boat ride along the Seine and watched the city lights sparkle on the water.
Sharon knew she would never forget her trip to Paris. It was everything she had dreamed of and more. She hoped that one day she would return to the city and explore even more of its wonders.
